Bangalore Waste to Energy Integrated Waste Management Project: Balloon Update

Update Time :

As we come one step closer to putting together the final touches on our Biogas plant, here’s a few behind the scenes of what’s currently going on.

Just yesterday our onsite team put up a polyethylene tubular (Balloon) ontop of the digestor. The process of anaerobic digestion (AD) plant consists of a heat-sealed plastic or rubber bag (balloon), combining digester and gas holder. Anaerobic digestion can be evaluated as one of the best green technologies for treatment/management of agro-industrial wastes and wastewater. The final product of the anaerobic digestion is biogas, including methane and carbon dioxide and it can be used for heating, co-generation of heat and electricity within waste to energy concept.

At NexusNovus, we are already in the process of replicating such plants and creating a ton of biogas and fertilizer to make a significant change into decarbonizing.
What do you think we are going to do next, let me know in the comments below and keep up for more updates.
