LEADERSHIP

Rutger de Bruijn

FOUNDER & CEO

Rutger de Bruijn a leading international entrepreneur, with a focus on waste, water, and renewable energy projects. Rutger has developed and funded several waste, water, and renewable energy projects. He holds an M.Sc. in Management from Nyenrode Business University, and has a background in Biomedical Sciences and Medicine from Leiden University. He is a liaison for Waste 2 Value Consortium, between the Netherlands and Indian governments and technology providers, with working relationships with key government officials in India and the Netherlands. Proficient in English, Dutch, and Hindi, with multicultural experience to handle varied projects and clients and act as an Indo-Dutch expert.

We believe in inclusivity and diversity and prioritize hiring from backward communities and employing women in our plants whenever possible. Additionally, we have employed more women than men at our headquarters to promote gender equality and empowerment.
