A successful product introduction depends on many factors. We map the most important factors during the QuickScan. We observe the industry on a macro-economic dynamics and test the market on product level, by interviewing (potential) clients and parties from the relevant distribution channels.

Market introduction: Actual introduction of your product into the market as your strategic partner. We focus as much as possible on those players in the distribution chains who are directly selling to the end users, and try to skip inefficient and superfluous levels in the supply chain. This reduces your investments, realizes the most optimum consumer price, creates opportunities to evaluate new concepts and generates direct market feedback.

After a positive evaluation of the QuickScan results, we will start introducing your product into the Indian market according to a strategy mutually developed by us.
