Senior Consultant
Currently, we have a very challenging position available for a Senior Consultant who will be responsible for coordinating all our consulting related activities. Additionally, our new colleague will also assist in further professionalizing our consulting practice and manage it as an autonomous business unit. This will include building a team of junior consultants / direct reports. On the short to mid long term the consultancy practice might be carved out into a separate legal entity.
The person we are looking for is hands-on, worked with one or more consultancy firms and has been responsible for shaping and implementing projects in close direct contact with clients. Preferrably experienced with managing international clients. The Senior Consultant will be directly interacting with our (European) clients and helping them all the way from rough requirements to a detailed Implementation plan / POA and managing expectations all the way throughout the execution phase.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Coordinate, delegate and execute projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Build a small team of direct reports (junior consultants).
Negotiate with clients directly on scope, scale, timelines and fee structures of proposed projects.
Advise the business development team on consulting opportunities and co-develop a strategy for the same.
Periodic reporting to directors on consulting activities in general and individual projects in specific.
Benchmark our consulting practice in order to derive to an optimal proposition.
Design internal consultancy structures (processes, templates, etc) in order to standardize workflows and improve efficiency.

Filing of monthly returns.

Knowledge of Transfer Pricing laws and applicability, with assessment handling.

Business development Intern
Currently we have an opening for a Business Development Intern for an ambitious person with an interest in Sales and Marketing. The intern will have a "spider-in-the-web" position between sales agents and in-house teams.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Enrich the CRM system with new contacts (database building). This mainly involves web research.
Find and assess the quality of (online) databases and advise on their potential usability.
General support to sales agents in the field. This includes meeting preparations, updating the CRM system, web research, telephonic support, etc.
Assist colleagues where necessary with sales and marketing related activities. This could include cold sales, online marketing, event visits, development of Marketing/PR materials, etc.

German Intern
NexusNovus is an Indo – European consultancy and implementation firm, based out of India, working for European clients with an interest to enter the Indian market (export). Currently, we are pro-actively approaching prospect clients from Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and other areas. In order to effectively penetrate the German market, we are offering an internship to an ambitious, sales oriented, adventurous, German native speaker (female preferred).
Direct report: director
Tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for executing and supporting all business development activities aimed at developing the German market. These include: cold sales calling, follow-up by mail or phone, assisting with developing marketing and PR materials, executing campaigns, email marketing, supporting sales agents in the field, etc.
Assist colleagues where necessary with business development and consultancy activities. This includes exposure to the full lead-to-sales conversion cycle: lead generation (cold calling, online marketing, exhibition visits, etc), sales follow-up, assisting in preparing quotations, proposals, negotiations, etc.
Responsible for all the sales and marketing efforts / activities aimed at the German market. These have to be in line with the company's overall strategy and goals.
Verbal communication – client call handling, follow up mails etc (Support all activities within the lead-to-sales conversion cycle, among others sales lead generation, follow-up and writing of proposals/quotations)
Assist in various projects by assisting with desk and field research.
